When using Notion, you might often need to export your notes or documents as a PDF for sharing or printing. Exporting as a PDF ensures that the formatting stays intact and the layout remains clean. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to download your Notion notes as a PDF.

1. Click the Three Dots in the Top Left to Open the Menu
Imagine you're working on a meeting summary or preparing to share an article with someone. First, open the page you want to export. Then, click the three dots ("•••") in the top-left corner to open the menu.
2. Click "Export"
From the menu that appears, select Export. This will bring up the options for exporting your Notion page.
3. Select PDF in the "Export Format" Section
In the "Export Format" section, choose PDF. This will ensure that your Notion page gets exported as a PDF file, perfect for saving or printing.
4. Click "Export" to Download the PDF
Once you've made your selections, click the Export button. Notion will begin exporting the page and generate a PDF file. After the export is complete, you can download the PDF and save it, ready for sharing or printing.
Additional Options
When exporting as a PDF, Notion offers a few additional options that can be tailored to your needs:
- Include Images and Files: You can choose whether to include images and files in the export. If your page contains images or attachments that you want to keep in the PDF, simply check this option.
