Tutorial for Adjusting Sentence Case in the Latest Version of Figma:
- Select the sentence you want to adjust.
2. Click Type settings (this is a bit hidden, and you’ll find it under: Typography > Alignment—look for the two small circles on the far right).
3. Choose the case you want.
Explanation of the 6 Cases Available in Figma:
- AG (Uppercase): All letters in the sentence are uppercase, e.g., THIS IS ALL UPPERCASE.
2. ag (Lowercase): All letters in the sentence are lowercase, e.g., this is all lowercase.
3. Ag (Title Case): The first letter of each word is uppercase, e.g., This Is Title Case.
4. AG (Small Caps): All letters are uppercase, but the first letter of each word is slightly larger. It looks smaller than the Uppercase case overall.
5. AG (Forced Small Caps): All letters are uppercase, but the entire sentence will appear smaller than the Uppercase case. This case is limited by the font you use—it doesn't work with all fonts, so sometimes you might find it unavailable.
6. “-” (Capitalize First Letter): Only the first letter of the sentence is uppercase, e.g., This is a kitten.
